Derusting

In addition to our many other services, PVI offers industrial rust removal services for our customers. Our derusting process allows for rust to be removed from the part while never affecting other exposed metals on the part. Following the derust, PVI applies rust inhibitor to protect against rust formation in the future. As with our washing services, we are able to accommodate customer parts of all shapes and sizes in our derusting process.

PVI can also offer additional value, as we can package parts to our customers’ specifications and provide both pick-up and/or delivery service.

The entire derusting process uses no harsh acids and leaves no powder residues on the parts. All services are performed with quick turn around and utilizing environmentally friendly methods.
