Aluminum Etching

Aluminum is corrosion-resistant and offers tremendous strength while being lightweight, making it a common choice for components that operate in harsh conditions.

Our custom aluminum etching process is able to improve the adhesion of aluminum parts by removing the mill finish, resulting in a clean, rough surface. This additional adhesion allows for the use of glue, paint and labels on the aluminum. Our in-house cleanliness laboratory allows us to regularly monitor and confirm the effectiveness of our etching process.
