Cleanliness Testing

PVI boasts an in-house cleanliness laboratory which ensures that customer specifications are being regularly monitored and satisfied. With decades of experience performing thousands of tests in our cleanliness laboratory, PVI has become trusted for the accuracy of our testing services. Before parts even leave our facility you can be confident they are cleaned above and beyond the cleanliness requirements. We also perform cleanliness testing on parts sent directly to our in-house laboratory, even if they are not being washed by PVI. Our lab features a modern clean room with HEPA filtration, automated particle counters, and a high-powered microscope with picture taking abilities.
